Our junior associates are typically current students of technical faculties. Most of them have been long-standing and prominent participants at our camps. They are willing to pass on the knowledge they have gained at PFE and through education to all participants. Through mentoring participants’ scientific research projects, preparing thematic lectures, and taking part in workshop organization, the junior associates continue to learn, progress, and excel in their areas of interest.
The significant role of junior associates involves direct work and communication with participants, which is eased by their recent high school and participant experience. You can get to know them better below:
Aleksa Stefanović
Born in Pirot in 2000. A student at the School of Electrical Engineering, specializing in physical electronics, with a desire to specialize in the field of sensors. Attended seminars since 2017 with three successful projects. A passionate enthusiast of quizzes, golf, and smoked sausage.
Bojana Malešević
Born in 2001, she completed elementary school in Despotovac. From the early age, she is interested in understanding the ways the world functions, always full of questions, with her main hobbies being puzzles, singing, and playing the piano, as well as competitions in various fields, from physics and mathematics to recitation. Soon after enrolling in the First Kragujevac Gymnasium, she first participated in the Technical Sciences seminar, then joined the Applied Physics and Electronics seminar, and the eponymous school club, where she progressed throughout high school and finally shaped what she would like to pursue in the future. Currently, she is a student of Software Engineering at the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade.
Diana Sekulić
Born in 1999 in Novi Sad. Her favorite childhood pastime was assembling model airplanes and watching Formula 1 races. Since she was a little girl, she loved mathematics and always sought ways to apply it to various problems. Therefore, she decided to enroll in Jova's Gymnasium in Novi Sad, the mathematical department. Later, circumstances led her to join the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade, where she is currently studying in the department of physical electronics, specializing in biomedical and environmental engineering, with hopes of specializing in rehabilitation engineering. Throughout her upbringing, she engaged in various sports (as she was a hyperactive child), which led her to make long-distance running her primary hobby, participating in half marathons across Serbia.
Filip Parag
Born in 1999 in Subotica. He has been interested in electronics and computers since childhood, substituting a toy store with an electric components store. He completed his education at the "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj" Gymnasium in Novi Sad, where he continued his studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, specializing in computer science and control engineering. He is actively involved in the development and promotion of open-source software on a daily basis, with a strong emphasis on digital privacy. He engages in recreational cycling and graphic design as hobbies.
